ABOUT PAUL BENT
Since 1978, Paul Bent has
personally participated in structuring, negotiating, and
closing more than US$2.5 billion in leases and corporate
financings. Both as an investment banker and as a
transaction attorney, he has advised and represented clients
throughout the United States and internationally in analyzing
transactions, developing financing plans and structures,
negotiating terms and agreements, and carrying out both
due diligence and post-closing activities.
In the course of his professional practice, he has participated
in financings involving as many as 15 parties, with structures
ranging from simple to highly complex, throughout the U.S.,
in Europe, and in the Far East.

Secured borrowings and credit facilities involving multiple
collateral assets and diverse credits.
